5 min bike
Stretches, squat practice, shoulder stuff
15 minutes, as many rounds as possible of:
- 250m row
- 20 Pushups
Got 5 rounds, sweating like a pig.
Walk 10 minutes on treadmill to cool down, then breathing cooldown.
45 minute evening walk with dog.
